Last week all of the year sixes went to Melbourne on camp. We went to Galactic Circus and played heaps of games someone got over 1000 tickets. There were heaps of prizes. The next day we went to Melbourne Market I brought a laser pointer and yu gi oh cards. Then we went to the Eureka Skydeck and some of the people even went on the edge. I went on the edge and layed down for 5 minutes then we went to the aquatic centre and we went in the wave pool.

In art the 13th of November we got free drawing for 45mins i drew an axe and a dagger. I had two choices to go on with work or free drawing I chose free drawing.

In Inquiry we have started making a rap about Federation. We had to do the raps in a group, my group is almost finished the rap. We have been doing the raps for about a 1 or 2 weeks now. In my group I have Jake, Lake, Ryan, Tejai and me. Sometime next week all the groups are performing their raps. We had to have 5 facts in our rap.

This week in Art the 56 department is making a castle out of cardboard and old cereal boxes. We can create a castle from the medieval times. In P.E we are starting to play bat tennis, we played indoors . We played an actual game.In Science we are learning about space. We are learning if other planets can sustain life? In inquiry we are learning about the federation and when it started and we are doing a rap about the federation. I haven’t started the rap yet but I have my group ready. in my group there is Ryan, Tejai and I .

On the holidays i stayed home and slept in and played call of  duty black ops2 online and I played online Grand Theft Auto 5. I also ran to my Nans and I sat there doing nothing at all.

Yesterday Matt Porter came to W.E.P.S to tell us how to be good writers. We played some games and one of the games was million dollar hot seat and we had to change the word for nice. The second game was where we had to write a story for a ninja, the queen and a netball player. I wrote about the ninja i thought it got kind of boring after a while.

On the 5th of September three primary school’s went to a play and the three school’s were Merrivale ,Port Fairy and my school there were three time settings past, present and future. The play was held at Brauer College. I thought the play was alright they were all good actors.I liked the sound effects and there was some funny jokes but i didnt see them funny. The play was about families in the,present and future.

In Inqury we are learning about the ARTS and I’m making 2 power points about sound and backgroundon stage. I have finished sound and I just started background. I have learnt that Thomas Edison was the first person to make sound in 1877.

On the 13/8/13 in Science made experiments and some people in our class got to shoot a air cannon. We made a hydro pop and we got to light the gas that came from the aluminium foil and it made a massive pop. Then we filled a sandwich bag full of water then we put pens through the bag and my bag got ten pens through it and no water came out.

On the 31st of july a lady came to weps and he name was ruth she was with the parliment and with tony abbott we did a played and all the chairs were in a shape of a u and there was a mace and there was a speaker and a prime minister and we asked heaps of quistion and we had heaps of photos taken.
